When I asked for no cheese on my zesty bagel, it was replied with "what are you talking about?! We do not have Swiss cheese" it was a menu item on the board. Asked for everything bagel, only to be told they do not have any, but half way through making the bagel, a whole new batch came out, I could have easily waited for a new batch. Very disorganized, rushed and only to feel like I was inconvenient to them. Terrible service and will never return to this location.May 27, 2016
